Workshops - New Cloth - Fused Fabric Designs for Fiber Art and Collage
WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION -
In this class you’ll be making a stack of unique fabrics by cutting and fusing fabric shapes onto interfaced background fabrics. These graphic designs can be quiet, loud, funky or formal depending on the colors and shapes you choose to work with. Then we will use them to make a collaged and stitched quilt top. This course strives to stimulate new ways to add energy and excitement to your fiber work through shapes, pattern and color. It will also supply you with a collection of unique motifs to apply later to your surface design or fiber art.
